Skullcrusher Biohacking

It’s funny how what you focus on changes what you experience. That is why hypnosis can be so powerful.

Jay and I went for a walk this morning before heading to Back-A-Yard Caribbean food.

I was quite surprised to see roosters on the trip.

I like how we all move along at a certain pace with a certain style.

Jay and I went to a vision center to get him some contacts. He really likes not wearing glasses now.

I think he looks like Richard Branson. He’s got a confidence that’s hard to fake.

At 7 we went to a Bay Area Biohacking Meetup talking about racetams.

It reminded me of the programming phrase from Donald Knuth: “We should forget about small efficiencies, say about 97% of the time: premature optimization is the root of all evil.”

Hacking the brain with drugs when there are much more effective skills that can make you happier and more helpful is, in my opinion, premature optimization.

Always focus on the big picture of what you want life to be. Then live it.

Afterward Jay, Janet, John, and I, had dinner at In-And-Out and talked about settling Mars, the elements in the Moon, and ways to improve the body.

The faster you can update your mind the more powerful you are.
