Treat people with compassion. Don’t judge yourself as better than them, nor let their judgments affect you.

Accept the situation but do not be defined by it. See it and realize that it can be different. Also see that the causes are specific reasons.
The more you understand the reasons behind how you feel, the more you are in control of what you feel.
Understanding the reasons of your feelings gives you more control over them.
To see the moment with compassion is to break free from judgment.
See the whole picture as seamless. Time and space are one fabric, and you exist within it.
Expending energy on judgments takes away from your ability to love.
