Sound could perhaps be a substrate if there is an interpreter that converts the sound to movement. It could also be used for internal representations of patterns within the mind. Sound could be sensed and played into the mind. In essence, it is music playing instruments and perceiving itself by doing so.
Fun and learning are pleasurable.
You are not the body.
Harmonize with your senses.
Courage is insight.
