if you let go of the technique of trying to control the world, though, perhaps you can jump above the very question of ‘how’ to control the world, control Nature, and instead focus on deeper questions—how to love it, and how to dissolve one’s ego into it
and on the question of the tactic to use to dissolve, to experience nonduality, there are great many developments over the millennia that have worked on this, on developing meditations that will illicit the dissolution of the body’s story and bring about the feeling, the acknowledgement, of Oneness, so perhaps more interesting territory to ramble is on possible underlying mechanisms for _how_ dissolution works at a more fundamental level, at the level of memetics
so, how _does_ the sensation of ego dissolution actually work?
and it raises the issue of what the ego even _is_, on a fundamental level, specifically what relationships the information has with itself and the environment
and if you think of the ego as a collection of information packets (memes) which refer to each other in order to build up more robust and useful information, then the _dissolution_ of the ego could be the sublime opening-up of fresh experience, the ‘unhooking’ of pieces that allows in fresh data, which can then bring about profound paradigm shifts
so, to bring about that feeling, if this be a somewhat-accurate model of some of the underlying mechanisms, what should you do?
perhaps a big part is in releasing from what you “should” do, on the whole, and simply allowing what is experienced to be experienced, without any frames, without any judgments.
